Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund for payments made to IGCSE GCSE Maths for digital subscriptions and tutoring services.
By purchasing a subscription or booking lessons, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Maths Studio 360 Subscriptions
Maths Studio 360 is a digital subscription product available as a monthly (£4.99/month) or yearly (£29.99/year) plan.
Free Trial
All new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged at all.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused time within a billing period.
Refund Requests
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using Maths Studio 360, please contact us within 14 days of your payment. We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.
Refund requests made more than 14 days after payment are considered on a case-by-case basis.
How Refunds Are Processed
Maths Studio 360 payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.
2. Tutoring Services
For 1-to-1 tutoring, group classes, and exam revision bootcamps:
- Payments for tutoring sessions are due weekly after sessions are delivered.
- If a session is missed by the student without 24 hours' notice, the session fee is still payable.
- If a session is cancelled by us, no charge is made and a replacement session will be offered.
- Bootcamp fees are non-refundable once the programme has started, unless cancelled by us.
- Early-bird discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.
